Conversation is our currency

It still amazes me how inaccessible people are in such an interconnected world. There are extraordinary stories, experiences, and perspectives everywhere, yet no simple way to access them.

There are so many people with so much to say, and just as many who would gladly pay to listen. Seeing as most start-ups require a PhD to even understand what it is they do, building something as simple as a global video marketplace almost feels like cheating.

I’ve explored plenty of wild and wonderful ideas over the years, but this one has never left me. Because at the heart of it all, there’s no substitute for genuine human connection.
